Our niece made the decision to move from Shreveport, Louisiana to Colorado Springs, CO.  She was going to rent for a while and see how she liked living there before making any decisions about purchasing  home.  She found a rental very quickly and settled into Colorado Springs life.  VERY soon though, she realized how much she liked living in Colorado Springs and asked me to find her a real estate agent so she could buy a house.
