Caveat:  This is my first blog ever!  Up until very recently, I thought only weird people with tons of time on their hands "blogged."  I mean, look at the name: BLOG.  What the heck does that mean?  My husband has been blogging for a couple of years, real estate associates regularly "blog" and so...
