Great listings sometimes don't sell. Why is that. Have you ever considered it may be the other Realtor? Agents think they are helping their sellers by not - presenting an offer. Don't be one of those agents. Every offer is an offer. Don't be embarrassed by the price, terms or conditions.......

Here I sit in Old Saybrook, CT a beautiful shoreline town. It has only snowed about 3 inches....but it tends to shut down the state. What does it do to the real estate market on the shoreline. Personally, the white stuff looks nice for a few hours...but quickly turns to a faded color of brown....
