I knew I wasn't a water person when I almost drowned in high school in Lake Michigan in Illinois or an air person, since climbing a ladder makes me extremely nervous, but I always knew I was a people person. I was born in Seoul, Korea, and moved to United States on my 11th birthday. Grew up in Highland Park, Illinois (Chicago North Suburb Area) and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale (SIUC). Then I moved to Los Angeles and began my real estate business in 1991 and settled down in Sunny San Diego working in escrow and residential real estate.
My passion expands to working as a staging consultant for sellers and real estate agents and I also specialize in working with first time buyers. I also hold a designation as a CDPE Certified Distress Property Expert, working with short sale transactions.
As an active member in the community, Connie serves on the board for Torrey Pines High School Foundation. Connie also annually judges the fine art and recycled art at San Diego Fair's the Creative Youth.
