Another Milestone in Parenting

Hey, All. We recently took our 15 month old son, Josh, to get his first haircut and we wanted to share some of the photos with our AR family. He did such a great job in maintaining his composure; everyone in the barber shop was pleasantly surprised. Anyway, here are a few pictures. We hope that you enjoy.

The Before Picture, look at all those curls.

He did not care to have the hair touch him at all.

The shears finally came out, he did not care for that either.

All Done!!!

Thanks for stopping by and viewing our awesome little man, Jim & Maria Hart

Jim & Maria - I remember my son's first haircut vividly (it was about seven years ago).  Our two-year old daughter still hasn't had or needed a haircut.  Thanks for sharing the pictures - I am featuring this post in Family Ties.

Bringing you home...

That's the craziest isn't it?!?!?! We cut our 2-yr old's hair for the first time at 18-months (at home) and I could've cried. Now it seems like he's such a big boy with his hair always trimmed so nice. It truly is a milestone! Enjoy!

Lindsey: Yes it is!!  I have to admit that I just adored our little man's curly hair, but he just looks so good with his new trim.  Thanks!

lol. After I left my post yesterday my 2-yr old needed to go to the potty in a bad way! I was thinking - "haircuts are only the beginning of the milestones...." The day he started using the potty I knew my baby was truly a toddler! Enjoy each minute!!!!

Jim and Maria ~ What fun to experience this event and see these wonderful pictures of your handsome son!  I remember when we took our nephew and photographed and also took videos of this event.  I still remember it.  He is now 18 years old and boy does the time fly by.  Cherish these special moments.  Thank you for sharing this moment and photos with us.

Have a Colorful Day!

Your son is very cute! My oldest had little curls and it broke my heart when we cut them off. I hope you held up alright! Take Care

Great pics of Josh. Megan Grace was 18 months old when we cut her hair the 1st time. My wife was aggravated because Megan's hair would not grow -several friends at church told us to cut her hair and it will start to grow faster. They were exactly right! Go figure. :D

Hey Brian!  Good to see you here!  I've heard that about young children's hair, but I always thought it was one of those old wives tales.  I can attest that Joshua's hair has grown super fast since it was cut!
