Here are some highlights from the November 2007 issue:

  •  Rector-Hayden is still #1 with 47% of the market share.
  •  The average months of inventory on the market is 6 months. 
  •  At the end of October Fayette County had 2613 homes on the market and 349 sold and closed in that month. Which leaves us with 6 months of inventory.


What does all this mean? It means it’s a great time to buy a home in Central Kentucky!! There are plenty of beautiful homes to choose from and list prices have come down and are staying steady.

Hi Gene, I'm sorry. Once was a mistake, this was one of my first blogs and I thought I needed to enter it in Kentucky info only and then again in Fayette County. But its only posted twice. The third one you saw must have been October Market Report.
