This is another edition of Last Week's Favorites written on the road. We're in a sweet little town in southern Pennsylvania about to leave for the Flight 93 Memorial, a few miles away. That will make an interesting post for later in the day. But here goes for this one:
1. Paula Hamilton: A LOCALISM POST FROM AFAR! Paula's photos were just amazing with this one, and the girl clearly knows how to vacation - a lost art for many of us.
2. Evelyn Kennedy: ALAMEDA NEIGHBORHOODS - THE FERNSIDE It's sort of unusual for me to include neighborhood posts, but this one makes me want to move.
3. Erica Ramus: Think You Have a Deal? Maybe Not! An important lesson I learned at another agent's expense.
4. Sharon Tara: Want To Sell Your House? Think "Perfect Crime" This is a delightful post that puts a new twist on old sage advice.
5. Andrea Sweidler: A mooo-ving tribute to Pat Kennedy! This would have made the list without my name in the title. I adore cows!
6. Mike Cooper: My Basic Philosophy In Life - Not Real Estate Specific Here are some wise words from my new favorite blogger.
7. Maria Morton: Selling A House Is Like Making An Omelet Hmm. Once you crack open that egg, you can't put it back in the shell!
8. Mitchell Hall: Wordless Wednesday: Brownstones If you love New York, you'll love Mitch's wonderful Localism posts. I sure do.
9. Tni LeBlanc: Secret Shoppers & Secret Sellers in Today’s Real Estate Market A curious post about goofy folks!
10. Jerry Newman: San Antonio's Premier Flea Market - Traders Village Now here is a different kind of flea market! Sounds fun.
And that's all for this week. I'll be back next Sunday, coming from beautiful downtown Topeka High School. Have a great week!
