Maybe it’s just me, but so many within the real estate industry are promoting the newest technology that being AI and saying AI is the future.  Hmm I heard the same things about many products such as toys to even cleaning products in the past and I will not go into all the predictions (failed) about the climate. One of most frequent complaints I have received when showing homes listed by other real estate agents is the photographs. Sometimes I learn new words, learn the origin of common words, or learn the names of uncommon objects or animals. However, an informative or persuasive article is not the place to practice your vocabulary skills.
