 Soon will be wearing his Super Bowl ring. Congratulations Pacheco!! Go Chiefs! It was an exciting game to watch... The battle for excellency. Both QB played very hard and both won. 49rs did not lose the Chief just won! Hopefully we will see it again in 2025.

Even if you look at Valentines Day as only a money maker for card companies, florists, and candy sellers, chances are your significant other is expecting some gesture of affection. If you are going to be a stubborn toad and refuse to participate then you really don't deserve the affection of your mate... your a toad!I have always loved St. Valentines day. I think the fun started back in my grade school days. I loved making a valentines day box (with the help of my mother) and handing out the little cards to my classmates and teacher. I hope you participate this year, even if you and your sweetheart have been together for decades.Happy Valentines Day my AR classmates.

I had some left-over Fried Onion Pieces from Trader Joe's since Thanksgiving, hence I searched high and low on the internet for some recipes. Well, I found a Crescent Roll recipe. I happen to have a roll in the fridge, so I made it into my version.Real simple take the Crescent rolls and place some Friend Onion Pieces on the dough and roll it up. I used a lot less than what the recipe called for just to be cautions and I am glad I did.Then the recipe called for an egg wash on top, I did not think that was necessary instead I chose to melt some unsalted butter and poured a bit over the Crescent Rolls and sprinkled some more Friend Onion Pieces and bake it for 12 minutes on 425 degrees and all I can say is Diane approved it. On Sunday, February 11, 2024, Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl 58 by beating San Francisco 49ers 25 to 22 in overtime.The game was dominated mostly by offense and both teams played well and did a great job for all four quarters of the game, San Francisco 49ers led 10-3 at the halftime, but Kansas City won the game 25-22 and the Super Bowl 58. Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is the Super Bowl 58 MVP.Good musical performance during the half time show by Usher and the dance group. There were many good entertaining commercials during the Super Bowl 58.Overall, I enjoyed the game. Congratulations to Kansas City Chiefs for beating San Francisco 49ers 25 to 22, and winning the Super Bowl 58.

For my 2024 Vision Board, one of the things I wanted in my life was to laugh more. Dreams can come true (even if it's only for a few minutes) in some of the most unexpected ways. At Texas REALTORS® 2024 Winter Meetings that began on February 9th, there was non-stop committee meetings and education. However, I never expected to laugh so hard during the Opening Session. Terry Watson, an International Speaker made me laugh! He was very entertaining, and I couldn't stop laughing. A week prior, I went to see my physician. He said: You need to exercise more and lower your blood pressure. Oh rats! I thought to myself!Practicing Real Estate is not for the weak of heart. It is not a 9 to 5 job. Motivational Monday…Illumined Freedom Mini-me is said to have one of my traits…being bossy. (I refuse to respond lest I incriminate myself) When she was only 4, she told her older brothers (9 and 11) what to do and did not hesitate to throw them under the bus. She is independent and creative.  Recently we were making frosting for a cake and decorating it. I realized I had to rein in my “do it THIS way” attitude.   As long as she wasn’t hurting herself, or burning down the house, my job was to guide her… show her the basics of baking…and talk to her about certain things that are a must when baking. A recipe from the kitchen of Will Hamm...    Ingredients: 1/3 cup Soy sauce1/2 cup olive oil1/3 cup fresh lemon juice1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder3 tablespoons dried basil1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes1 teaspoon ground white pepper1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce1 teaspoon dried minced garlic Instructions: 1. Place the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley, and pepper in a blender.Add hot pepper sauce and garlic, if desired. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until thoroughly mixed.2. Pour marinade over desired type of meat.Cover, and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. .    Sunday Morning means a lot of different things for our current Society. For some it is their Sabbath Day of Rest . Under the Levitical Law all were supposed to rest, even the animals ! At one time in America, many parts of the country had laws prohibiting businesses from being Open on Sunday . In Biblical Days , people did not go to Church on the Sabbath ( as none existed).     Today, Grace as replaced strict following of the Mosaic Law . Many believe that JESUS is our Sabbath Rest ( not just one day per week) .
