January Challenge…Digitizing Remember when you had to plan how many pictures you took? If you went on vacation or to a special event such as a birthday party, you wanted to make sure you had enough film with you.  And you were careful of what you took a picture of because you didn’t want to waste your film!  Thank goodness for digital photos!Looking back, it looks like my first digital photos were taken in 2000. They are all backed up in Cyberville as well as other external harddrives.  However, there are still countless photos I have from before I was born that need to be saved in a digitized format. Some I’ve done but there are many more I want to do.  This is a goal of mine for this year. When Hurricane Irma hit us in Delray Beach in 2017, I placed my photo albums and other photos in...

I know many don't watch football when some of the players would kneel.   I get it.    When you have been a Bronco fan for so long, you can't help get excited when they play well for the year, and get excited about games. Today they are playing the #1 seed - Kansas City Chiefs in Denver.    We have beat them in our stadium, so it CAN be done.  Can they?   We have many new players and will they get nervous and make mistakes?  It may help that Kansas City will bench the key players, including Patrick Mahomes and Kelce.   They could help. The Broncos MUST WIN today, or they will be out of the playoffs, which will be sad.  They have made great strides and are playing very well this year, and could be Bo Nix. GO BRONCOS!

Diane and I have not had this before and what a pleasant surprise it was. One of her friends and our neighbor gave it to us as a Christmas gift. Needless to say, last two days we have decided to try the first one out.I chose the triple chocolate covered apple. As you can see it was amazing.I tried to be disciplined and not eat the whole apple by myself, rather share it with Diane and make it last two days to boot.I can hardly wait to try the others, there are three more different flavors, but I am sure equally delicious.  Wishing you a safe and healthy life and I look forward to your comments. I'm a bit behind the tech curve.  I used to be one of those in our office that people turned to for technical help, and step by step, I've fallen behind the curve as technology has gotten away from me.Ah well, çest la Vie, no?But this new turn in technology caused me to drop my jaw.  I will admit that I'm one of those people who watches reels online of this guy called The tow GOAT (greatest of all time), who drives a tow truck and repossesses cars.  I don't know why, but I find it fascinating, including those where the offender chases after the car yelling, "please!, please!".And now, Ford Motor company has filed for a patent on their new autonomous cars (read that as self-driving) that have a feature (feature?) included that allows their cars, if you are financed the Ford Financing and...

People remember business names and logos such as Apple to Nike. In real estate to stand out in the crowd or what I call be the Red Jacket in a Sea of Gray Suits, requires a name that says it all and still differentiates itself from other similar businesses. Here in Mohave County there are approximately 1,700 licensed real estate agents. Lucky for me I connected with DIRT ROAD REAL ESTATE via its agent Elise Harron  in our search for a property here in NW AZ.  As someone who undertakes significant research when making a serious decision, the DIRT ROAD REAL ESTATE website was the only site I found that directly linked to other resources such as the AZ Well Registration. For me this spoke to both Elise's knowledge, professionalism and ethics. As I am entering my eighth year as a professional...
