Well, we did it! We purchased this historic building, renovated it, and created four successful businesses within its walls. Our beautiful, 7-room boutique hotel has now been open for a year and we are thrilled with the bookings. Tonight we had our local Granbury Chamber do our ribbon cutting and anniversary celebration. The turnout was great as we gave tours of the rooms. Watching this old building being transformed into our vision has been extremely rewarding.If you are ever in the Granbury area, consider staying at our cute hotel. Here is the most recent Gilbert AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for February 2023:  The average sales price of Gilbert homes decreased for the second month in a row, after slightly increasing to end 2022, going from $620,705 in December to $588,495 in February. This is the first February that sales prices in Gilbert have decreased since February of 2019. Sales prices in Gilbert have declined in 8 out of the last 9 months.After decreasing last month, the average sold price per square foot of Gilbert homes remained the same between January and February, at $263/sf. The 2023 Carlsbad 5000 is April 2 in Carlsbad CA Carlsbad hosts a number of premier running events during the year. The Carlsbad 5000, on April 2nd, is reportedly the world’s fastest 5K race. Several world and US records have been set, and broken, since the race was established in 1986. Runners will likely attempt to do so again in 2023! The Carlsbad 5000 is presented by National University. There’s still some time to register online, but don’t delay as this event usually sells out. There are multiple races on Sunday. Here is the most recent Chandler AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for February 2023: The average sales price of Chandler homes increased in February, after decreasing in January, going from $584,300 in January to $607,490 this month. This is at least the 5th February in a row that sales prices in Chandler have increased.  After decreasing or remaining the same for 8 consecutive months, the average sales price per square foot of Chandler homes increased in February. The average sales price increased from $272/sf last month to $278/sf in February.
