Hey there, Frank Worrell here from BPOS For Life LLC. I’ve got some insights to share on why playing the field with multiple BPO (Broker Price Opinion) companies is the smart move. Let’s dive into our own earnings to show you what I mean.Take a look at these numbers:- Clear Capital: They’ve brought us a cool $27,129.- RRReview: Not far behind with $19,600.- Voxturappraisal.com: Pitched in $11,293.- Pro Teck: Solid at $10,688.And that’s just the start. Each of these partners has their own special sauce, their own corner of the market, and when you mix them all together, you get a more resilient, robust business. But here’s the kicker: It’s not all about the big fish. Sure, those big numbers are sweet, but it’s the smaller gigs, like AssetVal’s $2,710 and Inspectionport’s $1,160, that keep...

This Guy is my Hero!  Thankful for Gary! On November 1st I had a very simple eye surgery for cataracts. All went perfectly  and my eye site is incredible. I can see perfectly and I can't believe the colors are so bright again!  My site is 20/20 in my left eye.  2 days after the surgery I had a very serious reaction to a medication that had been subscribed to me by my primary several years ago (unbeknownst to us at the time.) I could not get up. Gary came immediately, got me up, but I wasn't making any sense. He called 911 and they whisked me off to the hospital. I was in ICU for 2 days and transferred to the another wing for 3 days. Thankfully one of my other doctors was on staff at that time and figured out what happened. My sodium had dropped seriously low from that drug, do not ever ...

Sandpoint Realty 'Thursday Thought' may seem a bit cynical at first glance...I have asked our office to really be honest with themselves about how many 'friends' they can truly trust with their lives?  How many are truly there in time of need, or when we need support, not advice?  Personally I can count on one hand mine, and have change left.  The point I am making to the office is to treat every transaction, and interactions, with the utmost professionalism.  Do not let details slide because of a feeling of friendship having grown with clients. If you do not leave yourself susceptible and open to problems you need not worry should any kind of issue arise.  Let the relationship flourish without the concerns of having let a few important items slipped thru the cracks.   Just good business...

Friday Flags A View from the Highway in ConnecticutWhile making a drive down a state highway, Route 8, I had an opportunity to take a photo of a flag that I don't normally see in full glory. The spot is close to the Waterbury/Naugatuck town line. This is a very large flag, sitting well above grade and it stands at the rear of a contractor's lot. Not for the people from the front roadway to see, but for all that pass that highway spot daily. He's letting his potential clients know that he is a proud American and just maybe it gets him a reward of business.Friday Flags A View from the Highway in Connecticut

Thus far this month, I’ve mentioned my gratefulness for living close to the American River Parkway.  I’ve even mentioned be thankful for elasticized waistbands.  And, I've mentioned being blessed by a special mom. But, there isn't any way I can get through the "Thankfulness Challenge" that has become tradition on the ActiveRain platform, without devoting a little space for the blessing of my children. No two of my four kids are remotely similar. Each has very unique and interesting personalities and talents.  The one thing they do share in common, is their artistic and/or musical creativity, which shines through! There is another thing all four of my children share.  They have all worked in the real estate profession at one point or another, but have moved on to other vocations. My olde...

Live every day on a fresh new start. Don’t be held back by what happened yesterday, the day before, the week before, the year before, and so onFocus on WHAT vs. How. Focus on What you want first before you think about HOW to do it. Anything is possible, as long as you set your mind, heart and soul to it.Live more consciously each day. Stop sleepwalking through life. Your life is something to be experienced, not coasted through. Create your bucket list, i.e. things to do before you die. Then, get out to achieve them.Don’t do things for the sake of doing them. Always evaluate what you’re doing and only do it if there is meaning behind them. Don’t be afraid to quit the things that don’t serve your path. Be empathetic. If everyone only see life from his/her own perspective, we’ll forever be...
