Congratulations to Chef Jean-Francois Suteau for another great chocolate display.  Chef Suteau and his team also created the Greenbrier's Chocolate Easter Displays and the famous Easter Egg FEST. Chef Suteau came to the Greenbrier in 2011 from the Dorchester Collection Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles, CA. The Holiday Chocolate Display is made up of over 1,000 pounds of chocolate.
