It's often said that time waits for no one; it can never be expressed enough in the real estate market in Waukesha County. While it is true that time has a wonderful way of making our residential real estate in Waukesha County and commercial real estate in Waukesha County appreciate in value (kind of like that savings account we may have forgot about) it does have a distinctive measure of the success we are aiming to achieve when we are buying a home in Waukesha County or selling a home in Waukesha County. Time this together with buying a home in Waukesha County and you have to make sure you are working with a well oiled mac...

By now we have our blog figured out, we have picked our mentors, ans we are feeling pretty confident about out skills that we will soon be available to utilize. I coach Realtors one and one and the greatest obstacle I finally get them to admit is fear and rejection. When we work through these my clients add another closing or more a week to their sales, as well as two more listings. It;s mindset. If anyone ever needs a technique coach which works every single angle and approach, including  RGM, to more than they can keep up with you need to talk to me. Some of my people I coach have become quite wealthy. They have had stuck of not getting out of that slump of not making over 75,000 a years. We start from scratch, and watch out. I have been reading a lot of Dr. Joe Vitale lately and I re...

We have been in the property management business for sometime now and it never ceases to amazes me all the avenues that some residents care to travel down.  We have some residents that are the BEST and we could not ask for better ones.  however, we have had our share of less than admirable residents.  As before, and even more important these days, it is important to do a complete background check during your rental application process.  Please follow back to our blog for upcoming articles regarding more information, examples and amusing antidotes.    Sincerely, Be sure to visit one of the greatest property management sites you could need at www.morgenson.com
