In a day and an age when we work hard, and I mean really hard, why is it that we have to shake our heads in disbelief, and wonder what it takes to get others on the same page? Hard to believe it is the last day of March and already the weather is just starting to get nice. It was a long winter. I love it when my windows are down and the warm air just consumes me. Summer is coming up and I can't help but think of a friend that was visiting me last summer and told me they were thirsty.We were walking down a street in Waukesha County Real estate and Lake Country Real estate.. My reply "Why don't you go stick your snout over the bubbler over there and get a cold drink?" Their reply "Okay Tom Braatz, what in the heck is a bubbler?" I went on to explain that in many Waukesha County cities, towns, and villages that water fountains were conveniently placed for people to get a cold drink of water anytime of day they wanted. I sure miss my dog but it doesn't take much to get a grin on my face with some of the precarious things he and I would do. Recently I drove by a dogpark and it got me to thinking and I could not help but laugh and laugh about what a sap I could be at times. It must have been about 2007 in summer and it was hot. Lars and Tom Braatz  went to a dog park in Waukesha County and from watching movies and television shows I heard and seen so much about the comradely between men sitting on benches and woman coming up to them and striking up conversations. There is never a dull moment in Waukesha County Real Estate and Waukesha County Life has always been pretty interesting. Earlier in my life and to this day. I have fond memories of hanging out with my grandfather when I was young.  Saturdays were a ritual; a trip to the dump so the guys could get together and chew the fat, a secret trip over to Dottie's bakery in Stonebank where my grandfather would pick up the donuts and then fly over to the Phillips 66 station in North Lake so he and his friends that had diabetes could eat their jelly donuts, and of course the cheese factory in Mapleton to get a half a brick of cheese.
