I'm a die hard Packer fan, and that is the only football I watch.  3 hours a week is enough for me.  I do think they have the defence to make it through the playoffs.  Aaron Rodgers is the smartest quarterback they've had in..... we won't go there.  I don't see the 4th qtr, victory in one pass antics we have seen in the past.  The running game could still catch on.  John Kuhn has the ability to break one on a short run.  Since he has not done it, the law of averages is in his favor to do it in the playoffs.   I saw an article on the local newspaper web site a few months ago explaining the increases for natural gas and electricity for 2010 in Wisconsin.  In the spring they were granted a 10% cost of living increase.  How many people do you know receive a 10% cost of living raise?  In the fall they received a second increase of 15% because the weather forecast called for milder winter temperatures. Well we have had much colder temperatures this winter.  Do you think we would see a decrease in cost?  No!  Now the Wisconsin energy company is increasing prices 5 to 15% because the temperatures have been colder than expected. The hardest part of a short sale used to be working with the lender.  Over the past year, lenders have streamlined the process and made it much easier and quicker.  Now the hardest part can be setting an appoint. I tried making an appointment for a short sale on Monday at 4:30.  The buyer was available to view the property at 9:30 AM Tuesday.  Per the MLS instructions, I called the listing office at 4:30 PM Monday and left a message.  At 5:00 PM Monday I looked up the listing agent's cell phone number, called and left a message.  Tuesday 9:00 AM, no return call from the agent or the office.  I had already rescheduled the appointment with the buyer for 9:30 AM Wednesday.  At 10:00 AM Tuesday I called the listing office, made the appointment for Wednesday, and spoke to the manager.  I exp...
