I wish I would have been ready for what is going on now, and has been for the last two years or so. I wish I would have had a crystal ball to see what a great buy I would have got on rental, Investment, and other commercial properties in Waukesha County and commercial property in Milwaukee county.  It is not uncommon these days to be driving along a country road and see the remnants of a one room school house. These are a lot more common than some think. Many of the brick one room school houses have been converted to single family homes. I always get a smile by looking at the cornerstone or cap print with the year it was built. Every so often I come into North Lake which is north of Hartland, Wisconsin and I see the same one room school house sitting there abandoned for years.
