I think Fall has got to be one of my favorite seasons in Waukesha County Wisconsin. One drives through the countryside and they notice road side stands of pumpkins, squash, and other related fall vegetables and produce. In my area you can find many different kinds of apples and with all those great apples comes all that great apple cider. These days I have to pay attention to my blood sugar but I still have fond memories of that tasty apple cider. I can still get a laugh when I think of when I would stop off with my son Spencer and get him a pumpkin to carve.
