No Relief for Buyers Until MarchAs the weather cools, the housing market intensity heats up for each new listing on the market. The Sales Activity Intensity™ in Whatcom County is the same as it was in Oct. 2020 and is approaching spring 2021 levels. Buyers wanting to lock in a great interest rate are driving the intense sales activity, but they will face constrained inventory until March 2022.  In Whatcom County, the market is virtually sold out to the $1 million price point.
