Real Estate Season has Peaked With Units Sold Tanking Average prices are still at their yearly high however, unit-volume for closed sales fell significantly.  The key points for Vancouver Real Estate this month include: 337 Resale Homes were sold this month, which is 119 fewer (-26.1%) than were sold in September 2017.   The 3-Month Moving Average Price Trend Line, held within $1k of the peak, is 7.7% higher than the prior year; with the 12-Month Moving Average up 9.4%.  Short Sale /Pre-Foreclosure property sales were 2 unit (0.6% of total); no change from 2 in September 2017 (0.4% of total).
