I love looking for new ideas for staging and upgrading something less than fantastic. After all we want our homes to be memorable and stand out on the market. My latest favorite idea is simple, inexpensive and knows how to make an entrance. Molding can make a difference and be the cleanest and best way to separate two unique colors. There is a large variety of moldings available and you can paint or stain to suit. Any left over pieces can make ideal floating shelves to showcase picture frames or favorite items that tie into your theme. I love repurposing and have found quite a few one of a kind pieces that brought just the right amount of ambiance into the room.
