With all the negative press surrounding the Real Estate and Mortgage markets, it would be easy to lose sight of what really is going on here in Seattle and the Eastside. While the national press is focusing a lot of negative attention on Florida, California, Nevada, and Arizona. They forget that there are areas that are holding their own. Snoqualmie Falls is Washington's largest waterfall and it really demonstrates the beauty of Mother Nature. Snoqualmie Falls got its name from the Snoqualmie Tribe that used the river to transport good and trade with other communities. The falls have contributed to the area in so many ways and the area has been a tourist destination since the late 1800s.
