New Urbanism is a movement that is permeating Snohomish County, especially Mukilteo and Everett.  "Village Center" development is one of the first created in Mukilteo. Combining housing, retail shops and condominiums.  The heart of the development has a publc plaza with outdoor dinng, benches and a grassy park area. Mukilteo Washington is one of Snohomish County's best places to live for multiple reasons. It is home to some of the best views in Washington, it offers a vibrant downtown and it just plain fun to visit.
