Lake Forest Park closed sales down in November Lake Forest Park closed home sales for November (2012) slipped dramatically from Octobers closed sales. November registered 18 closed sales compared to a month’s earlier 34. The highest priced closed sale was $599k and the lowest was $165K. The average days on market was 74 days which really didn’t represent the the true market days on market. There were 3 homes on the market with market times between 250-300 days extending the average days on market for all the others. The average sales price in November (2012) for closed sales was $316k down slightly from October’s $322K.
