Lake Forest Park WA is nestled on the NW shore of Lake Washington - This Seattle suburb city has a lot to offer!  Check out the Sheridan Beach Community Club!  The Sheridan Beach Community Club is a private beach and swimming facility shared by residents in Lake Forest Park who live in Sheridan Beach or Sheridan Heights.  Membership is deeded to these residents and runs with their title.  Many houses will say beach rights for water features and this is what they are referring to in most cases.  It is also possible to get an associate membership to the club.  Are you interested in Lake Forest Park real estate?  realestate@cooperjacobs.com

Lake Forest Park is a great place to go look for choices on the market!!!!  According to the NWMLS as of today on my report, there have been 115 residential listings active this year.  Of the 115, 67 are active on the market (available for sale), 1 is contingent, 4 are subject to inspection, and 35 have sold since 1/1/2008.  Prices range from $179,000 to $2,495,000.  Last year  (2007) 42 houses had sold by today, so we are 7 houses behind for now, but not too bad overall.  Courtney Cooper ....For all your Seattle Washington Real Estate Needs!  It's raining, it's pouring! Well, Seattle got its first snow this weekend and it was a lot of fun even though I had to drive fifteen miles in slush on I-5 to get to a BBall game!  The temps warmed up over night and the rain came in!  We have some lovely lake sized puddles and Lake Forest Park is having some flooding issues!Bothell Everett Highway is down to one lane in parts and the shopping center around Starbucks is closed as the waterways running through the city are at capacity.  Residents are being asked to please observe road closures to stay safe.It is against the law to blow fallen leaves into the streets of Lake Forest Park and neighbors are additionally being asked to clear any storm drains in front of their homes.  Stay safe out there and try to keep dry! ***************UPDA...
