Jubilee neighborhood in Lacey WA has had a busy real estate market through the first three quarters of 2012.  For year to date, there have been a total of 36 closed sales according to statistics in NWMLS.  These sales range from a low sales price of $210,900 to a high sales price of $419,000.  Median sales price was $272,448.  The homes sold range from 1285 square feet to 2513 square feet, with the average size of these sold homes 1735 square feet.  Of the sold homes, 9 were brand new and the rest resale homes.  Average days on the market was 176, although 5 sold in less than 2 weeks.
