We've had numerous inquiries for recreation real estate in the area of Lake Roosevelt in the North Central region of Washington State. Early this morning a web inquiry arrived for a 20 acre parcel near Inchelium for $59,000. Without any clue I began digging and located it in Ferry County where we don't have any agents in our network. This is kind of a black hole for us.
