I was using my iPad 2 in a class this week when I discovered I shot a bunch of video with it up in the San Juan Islands in early October. My go to camera (out and about) is my iPhone 4s, (cuz that’s what I have in my pocket) but the drive from Seattle up to Anacortes and catching the Ferry to Friday Harbor, the battery was dead on arrival. I had notes attached and brief sketches about its intended purpose. I off loaded the footage to my laptop and immediately went to work to over produce something. Fortunately the proverbial light bulb was lit. “Leave the dang thing alone!” It is what it is and it’s perfect exactly as it is. Even with the guys on the deck below talking about photography. :O) It’s not selling or explaining anything, it’s simply sharing a few wonderful minutes on a Ferry ... 12/20/2014
