Big or small, there is always an event going on in the city of Ephrata. Starting in the spring, catch a local musical or art show featuring our aspiring artists. Ephrata offers the Sage N' Sun Festival June 13-15. The lawn in front of the Grant County Courthouse becomes a stage for live music and vendors, with Basin Street closing for the annual parade.The town also hosts the Taste of the Basin on April 19, featuring state wines and beers, for the Ephrata Chamber annual fundraiser.The farmers market runs 8 a.m. to noon on Saturdays from June 14 through October, downtown Ephrata.Tthe Basin Summer Sounds kickoff event and 2008 poster unveiling is May 16, live music, free admission, at the Ephrata Recreation CenterBasin Summer Sounds, a free music and wine festival, is July 18-19.
