Fleet Feet Sports is a wonderful community oriented store that supports the community through its sponsorship of many programs and local events. Fleet Feet is offering a program called the Frosty Turtle Challenge to help keep our local residents in shape through the winter. There will be a half hour orientation to running on November 7th at 5:30. At 6:00 participants will go on an approximately three mile run from the store before returning for a short exercise class on building core running muscles.
