A break down of the market report shows that 217 new residential listings came on the market with most of these being listed in the Lynchburg City area. This is less than the 237 from the month of November 2008. Total expired are up from the month of November from 275 to 471.  Total days on the market (DOM) is up as well from 161 in November to 190 in December.
