I left Williamsburg to go on a short vacation with my family on Wednesday.  I had a closing today on this listing at 4289 Boxwood Lane.  It has not been an easy transaction since the sellers moved across the country during December and were not always easily accessible.  They had a death in the family shortly after arriving in California and had to drive to New Mexico for a funeral before even getting settled in to their new location of Temecula, California. 02/26/2016

On Friday, I sat duty for another agent.  During the floor duty a couple came in with their two younger children.  They were interested in possibly leasing or selling their home as they are being transferred to California. I met with them on Saturday morning to view the house and talk about marketing strategy.    They signed all the listing paper work on Sunday.  I took a few pictures of the house and today the listing goes into the MLS! Now all I need is a buyer. 10/26/2015
