Yesterday while the big bird was cooking, we went over to the National Museum of the Marine Corp. The museum is located about 10 minutes from my relatives house in Stafford, off Jefferson Davis Highway. Wow what a fabulous museum. I have a bunch of photos on flickr if you want to see a lot of them. It is built like the flag raisers of the Iwo Jima. I am so glad I took the time to visit the National Museum of the Marine Corp. My husband was a Marine during the Viet Nam era. But, he played on the Marine Corp football team so didn't go to Viet Nam. His brother Mark was in Viet Nam.                 It makes you so thankful to live in America and to have such a dedicated military to keep us safe and for Freedom and Liberty to be defended throughout the world.
