Summary In general the net sales prices have fallen on average 7.4% to $411,114 between Q2 2009 compared to Q2 2008. The Average Days on the Market was reduced by 8 days and % of Asking Price increased by 1.8 basis points to 97.4%, both are positive signs for the local real estate market. But with 16 fewer homes sold in the same period and an average decrease in net sales dollars of $33,036, as well as distressed sales have continued to increase Q2 2009 compared to Q2 2008 by 18 overall it looks like the market is still favoring the buyer.   CLICK HERE for entire post 07/08/2009
