THANKS TERRY'S AUTO BODY SHOP REPAIR - AGAIN! Driving down Route 15 going South to preview some new homes in Gainesville for a buyer, minding my own business, when I saw a white flash that went by me on the driver's side.  Driving at about 50 mph, it took me a moment to focus out the side window.  DANG!!!  My driver's side rear view mirror was hanging by a wire.  Clearly the white flash was a bird, probably a gull, that flew into my mirror with such force it broke the bracket that mounts the mirror to the car. I drove with a "repaired" rear view mirror for 5 days until Terry's Auto Body Shop in Purcellville could get a replacement in from Toyota.  Thanks to the magic of clear wrapping tape the mirror was stable, but I couldn't close the window.  UGH!!!
