We are officially under contract with some of my newest clients for their first home in the SmokeTree neighborhood in North Chesterfield. If you don't know much about homes in SmokeTree .... read on!  Homes in SmokeTree were built around the early to mid eighties and have between 3 and 5 bedrooms.   This will be my first sale in this neighborhood.  But after seeing this home and spending time in the neighborhood, I’m expecting to sell many more here! This is really a fantastic neighborhood.  If you are looking for a neighborhood that has kids playing outside and friendly neighbors, look no further.  After one of our showings, I joked that I needed to pay off the kids and the neighbors.  As we pulled into the cul-de-sac and there were no less than 10 kids playing outside- riding bikes ... 03/31/2015
