Condo market in Falls Church VA The condo market in Falls Church Virginia appears to have responded to the first-time home-buyer's tax credit with a spike in activity and prices just as the tax credit ended. The market fell drastically after the credit ended, returned to levels seen just before the approach of the deadline. Interestingly, the median price of a condo in Falls Church is trending upward, but is statistically at almost the same point as it was this time last year. The Little City, Falls Church, Virginia  will host its annual MEMORIAL DAY PARADE AND FESTIVITIES on Monday, May 31, 2010. If you have read my recent post about The Little City , you will know that Falls Church is a small city located just outside of Washington D.C. The Memorial Day Paraade and Festivities kick off at 9:00 am with the Don Beyer Volvo  3K Fun Run. Throughout the day there will be different events and performers. The parade begins at 2:00 pm and at 3:30pm Judo Chop will be on the stage as the last event of the day.
