  Those of us who are familiar with the USMC are aware that every Marine is a combatant - chaplains and medical personnel may wear a USMC uniform, but they are assigned to the Corps by the Navy. Ducks and geese living near MCB Quantico have a special reason to be concerned.   The WOUNDED WARRIOR PROJECT and DUCKS UNLIMITED cooperated to build two wheelchair accesible blinds along the Potomac River and Chopawamsic Creek.  They were dedicated this past weekend.
