This past week our son needed to arrange for insurance coverage different than that offered by his present carrier. Also, his present independent agent didn't represent the carrier he needed to use. The new insurance carrier required a Loss Run from his present insurance carrier before they would give him a price quote. Three days passed and his present insurance agent was unsuccessful in obtaining the report - sooooo- he called Customer Service himself at his insurance company. The service rep apologoized saying, "The person in the Commercial Department who takes care of that has been out ill for the past three days."
