An important part of the process of buying a home is the walk though (just before closing). When we do a walk-though there are a few things we want to focus on: 1. Are all the repairs completed and documented? 2. Is the home in "Broom Swept" condition? (a term used in Virginia)3. Is the home in the same condition as when we wrote the offer?4. Did the sellers do any damage when moving out? Sometimes this is a lot simpler said than done. Remember, showing Charlottesville Real Estate , one of my favorite things to do with clients. If you see me driving around the Charlottesville or Crozet area, give me a wave or honk! Call or email me if you need anything,      Charles

A beautiful morning in Charlottesville and my wife took a nice walk. Selling real estate is 24/7 business and it always helps to get outside and get a little fresh air and exercise. And spending time with my wife is always a pleasure!
