Every Settlement Table Has a Star... This One Had Mr. T. Usually the attorney is the one that gets all the attention at the settlement table.  Not this morning.  Bright and early at 9am I was honored to be in the presence of Mr. T.  Mr. T.'s parents were selling a home and moving out of state.  He was there as a very important member of the family that would be traveling with them right after settlement to their next home in South Carolina. Mr. T. was a big concern during showings and other visits to the home.  He's a twelve year old pug that is completely blind, deaf and severely diabetic.  He still gets around the place, but was baby gated to the second level, or main level of his townhouse to avoid falling down the stairs.
