Dunbarton Duplex Report: September-October 2016The Thanksgiving holiday is behind us and the holiday shopping season has begun. Before I even decorate for the holidays, or start shopping, I feel it is my duty to get my Dunbarton market reports done. This Dunbarton Duplex Report will focus on the sales activity in September and October.Unfortunately, there was only one Dunbarton duplex that sold during September and October.
