Unexpected Happenings at a Pre-Drywall InspectionA couple weeks ago, I was watching over a co-worker's business while she was on vacation.  One of her clients was not only a seller, but a buyer of new construction.  This client is one that I got to know pretty well as a seller.  He was in a rather contentious home inspection negotiation when I came on the scene.  When we got that put to bed, I thought I would simply be handing the folder back over to my friend when she got back.  Nope.  The client called and needed me to show up for a pre-drywall inspection of his new construction home.
