I love ActiveRain referrals.  Many THANKS TO Keith Kropp of Sarasota Florida for referring this lovely home buyer to my care.  WELL, IT TOOK A BIT LONGER THAN EXPECTED.  However, we have a very happy home buyer.  Contract signed April 2012.  10 months is a while, but the builder delivered about 12 units this year so far.  This home was the best buy for the type/style in Ashburn.  WHY!!!  Pre-construction prices.  While 3 other builders had similar homes for sale and MODEL HOMES to tour, our very smart buyer realized the value with this builder's home because, while there was no MODEL HOME, she got a great  PRE-CONSTRUCTION PRICE and very nice builder's incentives.
