After a very long day of Real Estate I come to find this door hanger on my front door? As thought about this I became more and more concerned in fact I felt violated. South Jordan City has one of the highest property tax rates in the County of Salt Lake City Utah. There are watermeters in the parking strip if a BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICE IS NEEDED ON AN EXISTING HOME THEN I THINK THE CITY SHOULD PAY FOR IT. PLACE IT IN THE PARKING STRIP WHERE AN EASMENT IS ALLOWED. My friend and neighbor sent me this.  What do you think?
