Funny, I was just sitting here thinking about what I would do this weekend (besides some time at the office) and just realized that this is the last weekend for the amazing Oktoberfest celebration up at Snowbird. This event is always a great time no matter which weekend you decide to go and for me I guess this year it is the last weekend. Snowbird's Oktoberfest began in 1973 when two men costumed in leather lederhosen, inspired by the towering mountains that reminded them of their homeland, came to Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort to play their accordions and sing in their native German tongue.
