The Fields was began in 2005, so the homes are newer.  The lots are generally..4 of an acre in size.  That means that you have a little room between you and your neighbor.  It is a great asset in the Cedar City Real Estate Market. Enoch is another of the wonderful communities that we work in.  It is a really nice, growing community which is located 5 or 6 miles North of Cedar City.  It is a community that has grown a lot over the past 30 years.  The 2010 census listed 5,803 residents up from 678 residents in the 1980 census. The Cedar City Real Estate Market includes the City of Enoch.  Enoch is located about 5 miles north of Cedar City.  Enoch has some wonderful newer subdivisions.  The Gardens at Iron Mountain is one of the nice, new subdivisions in Enoch.   These homes are built on .4 of an acre and are very nice. This is subdivision that has a lot of potential.  The homes that have been built haven’t come on the resale market very often.  It is a unique subdivision in that many of the homes that have been built to look like a much older style of home.  You can bring your own builder and build your dream home, there are CC&R’s, but it has, as I have mentioned previously, the potential to really be a nice subdivision!
