Well, when I keep hearing from friends in Nevada how soft the market is there I am even happier to have moved to Southern Utan. We are still gaining, our existing home sales are up and our condo sales are way up. While business has been slower than we expect we have to remember that it is still Winter and who wants to push through a snow patch to look at a new home. We all want to stay in where it's warm. So, I expect that just like any other yaer around here we wilol have our turn around in the next 2 or 3 monthe.
