In Wylie, 83 houses sold in December 2015, a 58% growth from last month. Year-to-date, home sales grew 11% compared to the same month last year, with 1,173 properties sold. Year-to-date, new housing listings have reached 1,544 in all. Overall this year, houses sold rose 17% relative to the same month last year. This month, the number of new housing properties listed in Wylie climbed 42%, with 94 homes listed during December.
