In the midst of an AVERAGE real estate decline, mortgage lenders and servicers in the media, foreclosures on the rise it has come to my attention that the media in my opinion might spend too much time on the AVERAGE.  It is unfortunate that many parts of the nation are seeing a decline in home sales and many times a decline in value.  However, what is this doing to the parts of the nation that are still strong? I don't want to bash the media, I just wanted to dispel the MYTH that ALL parts of the nation are experiencing a Real Estate Bubble.In Houston right now, we are still seeing a healthy market.   We have lived in the Spring Texas area for the last 10 years.  I have to be honest I had reservations about moving here.  My husband's job transferred us out of Denver and we could have come directly here but wanted no part of Houston.  In our mind it was a big dirty city with lots of oil refineries.  Instead we went to North Carolina which is a beautiful state but far away from all our friends and family who were in Kansas, Colorado and Texas.  2 ½ years later we were transferred again.  This time we bit the dust and came to Houston.  We have LOVED it here!  We live in the Northwest Houston area in Spring but very close to Tomball, The Woodlands and Magnolia.  I think one of the things I love most about the area is the friendly people.  Even though it is one of the largest cities in ...

  Coventry is located in Spring Texas; off of Kuykendahl just south of the Woodlands in Harris County. You take Augusta Pines Blvd. about a mile to get to the subdivision.  This makes for a very quiet subdivision in that you don't hear any busy street noise.  Coventry is located about 35 to 45 minutes from Houston. It is only 5 minutes from Sterling Ridge in the Woodlands.    A lot of people don’t realize that Coventry is not a part of Augusta Pines. Coventry is the subdivision that you drive through to get to Augusta Pines but Coventry was in existence before Augusta Pines was.
