Located in the quiet enclave of Cypresswood Glen Estates in the Klein school district this is one of the best buys on the market! The neighborhood is real nice, seems like everybody takes care of their lawn and everything. The houses that are put up for sale seem to go real fast and my Sellers have been real happy here. It's just that their kids all moved away and can't come back very often and my Sellers are cutting back a little on their entertaining and such.
